Call for Applicants: Visions Nicaragua is looking for compassionate, thoughtful and hard-working women to provide exceptional care and support for youth attending our nonprofit all-girls boarding school. Student Caretakers will live onsite in units shared with students. Each Student Villa accommodates up to 12 students and 1 Student Caretaker. Each Student Villa will be assigned students of different ages, ranging from Grades 5-7 initially (and eventually spanning Grades 5-12 as the school grows). Successful candidates will demonstrate a deep passion for childcare and an ability to create a warm, kind and loving home environment and to develop a strong sense of family amongst their residents.
